Whenever we receive a notice of a cancellation or have a vacancy for a soon arriving date we will offer special pricing for those dates. Keep us in mind when you make a quick decision to get away and see if we have a special price or offers for dates that work for you. Keeping our condo occupied works for us and the special offers will work for you.
* Cancellation special offer starting January 17, 2009 until January 24, 2009. Rate reduced from standard rate of $1,390 to $990 per week. Great way to get out of the snow and ice and into sun & warmth on an incredible beach.
* April weeks that are still available will receive $100 off Standard Rate of $1,390.
